Size up.  I am 5'2 and 115 pounds and I size up and wear a medium in this dress.  I prefer the medium because I need more room from the synched empire waist.  If you have a bigger chest, I would also size up.  The fabric is so light and the stripes are beautiful colors.  The slit gives it an extra 😉 Pair this with slides or heels and you are ready to go!  This is a bloated approved dress if you are okay with the synched empire waist higher up, but there is nothing around your stomach which makes me happy!  Peace, love, trees & tees, Nicole
